SRB: Producenta kojeg nema potrebe predstavljati, vlasnik jedne od najvećih i najpoznatijih diskografskih kuća na svetu “Toolroom Records”, čovek koji iza sebe ima mnogo hitova i nastupao svuda po svetu, ekskluzivno za naš sajt je popričao o svom prvom gostovanju u Vrnjačkoj Banji, tj. Love Festu.

ENG: DJ-producer which needs no introduction, the owner one of the largest and best-known record labels in the world “Toolroom Records,” a man who has so many hits and has performed all over the world, exclusively for our website has talked about his first appearance at Love Fest.

SRB: Ćao Mark. Stižeš prvi put na Love Fest, do sad si puštao već nekoliko puta u Srbiji, ali prvi put u Vrnjačkoj Banji, šta možemo ovaj put da očekujemo od tebe?

ENG: Hi Mark. You are coming at the Love Fest in Vrnjacka for the first time, so far you played a few times in Serbia, but this will be something new for you, what can we expect this time?

SRB: Uvek sam voleo Srbiju! Publika je uvek puna sjajne energije i stvarno vole i cene moju muziku. Stvarno sam uzbudjen i jedva čekam da vidim šta Love Fest nudi za mene.

ENG: I’ve always loved Serbia! The crowds always bring massive energy and they really appreciate the music. I’m excited to see what Love Fest has in store for me.

SRB: Tvoje dve nove trake iz „Bullets Vol 3“ kompilacije „In the out“ i „The Diary Of A Studio 54 DJ“ su po nama sjajne i prave trake za plesni podijum, da li si ti zadovoljan reakcijom publike na njih?

ENG: Your two new tracks from the “Bullets Vol 3” compilation “In the Out” and “The Diary Of A Studio 54 DJ” are amazing and realy great tunes for the dance floor, are you satisfied with the reaction of the audience?

 

SRB: Jako sam zadovoljan!! Obe trake imaju fantastičan odziv i od strane radio stanica i DJ-eva, sjajno je videti da house trake dobijaju tako jak i sjajan odziv.

ENG: Very!! Both tracks have had some massive radio and DJ support so far and it is great to see accessible house records get such a great buzz.

SRB: Gde više nalaziš inspiraciju za toliko mnogo hitova koje si do sad napravio i konstantno ih i dalje produciraš?

ENG: Where do you find inspiration for so many huge hits that you had till now, and for constant produce of so many great tracks?

SRB: Jednostavno stvar je u tome da radiš ono što voliš. Ja nikad nisam ciljao da pravim hitove, dobra muzika je ta koju ja stvarno volim i ja milim da će isto proći super u mojim setovima i kod mojih fanova.

ENG: It’s just about doing something you love. I never really aim to make hits, just good music that I really like and that I think will work well both in my sets and for my fans.

SRB: Toolroom records je po nama jedna od najboljih izdavačkih kuća i možda jedina za koju se može reći da vole ljudi i sa EDM scene i ljudi koji poštuju undergraund scenu, kako nalaziš balans da ne prevagneš ni na jednu stranu?

ENG:  Toolroom Records is for us one of the top record labels, and maybe the only label which enjoy love and support from the both, people who loves EDM scene and people who respect underground scene. How do you find a balance with these two sides?

 

SRB: Uvek je sjajno znati da široki spektar ljudi voli ono što radiš. Toolroom je od prvog dana jednostavno Toolroom – mi smo se menjali tokom vremena, ali jako je važno da ostanemo relevantni i takodje iskreni prema sebi i našim fanovima. EDM scena nije za mene, ali znači mi jako kad mnogo ljudi može da nadje pozitivnu stranu i da sluša pravu house muziku iako nije baš sad u centru pažnje.

ENG: It’s always reassuring to know that a wide range of people love what you do. Toolroom has just been Toolroom from day one – we’ve evolved over time, but it is important to stay relevant but also true to yourself and your fan base. The ‘EDM’ scene isn’t for me, but it means a lot that people can still find positivity in real house music even with the side of the industry being in the spotlight right now.

SRB: Koji su planovi Toolroom recordsa za budućnost?

ENG: What are your plans for the future of Toolroom Records?

SRB: Toolroom postoji sad evo već 10. godina, a ova 2014 godina je bila start onoga što hoćemo da radimo narednih deset sa lejblom. Mi razvijamo naš spisak imena i generalno se fokusiramo da izdajemo najbolju moguću muziku od novih i već poznatijih DJ-eva i producenata. Imamo jednu veliku najavu koju uskoro treba da objavimo, ali za sada vam ne mogu reći više o tome.

ENG: Toolroom has been around for ten years now, so 2014 has really been about us working out what we wanted to do for the next ten years with the label. We are developing our roster and generally just focusing on releasing the best music possible from relevant and exciting artists. We have a massive announcement coming soon so can’t say too much more 😉

SRB: Za kraj samo još šta možeš da poručiš mnogobrojnim fanovima koji stižu na Love Fest da te slušaju? 

ENG: In the end, what can you say to your fans who will be at Love Fest to listen you? 

SRB: Spremite se za jedan veliki spektakl i vidimo se tamo.

ENG: Get ready for a big one and I will see you all there 😉
